personally I find the Guild Hall service of the weaponsmith relatively useless. It doesnt do anything that anyone really uses. on the other hand though, there is a service that I believe should be put in its place. The Festival Hat Maker should be added in place of the weaponsmith. It offers something players would actually use, and I think make it more fun to have parties in your hall (not to mention less map traveling to get one)

I agree. I'd probably spend more at the hat merchant if I saw him more often, but I usually go to my hall rather than town to do my business, so I tend to forget. Besides, it would be another money sink for them.

Dont really need to put anything in his place, just add more other things. There is plenty of room.

/agree (but leave the weaponsmith there I guess)
I don't even use the weaponsmith anymore, because I find myself swapping and changing weapons all the time. It's probably one of the least-used NPCs in-game

but in the case of the weaponsmith remove him from the guild hall and have a new one that costs 100k(or maby 200k),but crafts 15^50,+5energy and -5energy +15% dmg weapons. The weapons since they are crafted should have the apperance's of PvP weapons.

Make him do more things, like adding insignia slots to armor by removing its special attributes adn runes or adding empty inscription slots by removing any modifier and upgrade in it...

Anet seriously needs to address Guild Halls and they NPC's available within. The skill trainer for me was the biggest piss off, 100k for someone who only gives me access to my unlocked/proph only skills. WTF is with that!!! I wish there would have been a "refund" button...

No, not unlocked Prophecies only.
Unlocked CORE only.
They should give him a dialog, so you can see a different list of skills depending on wich capaings you own and wich your current character have be in.
The Core, always avaiblabel, te Prophecies, Factions, Nihtfall and Yeye of ht North, after you make the 'travel' quest.
That should be more than enough.
